Haley began teaching back in high school where she served as an Assistant Teacher of Acting and Voice at her local children's theatre, SET Studios. Following her time there she began seeking out teaching opportunities while working towards her degrees at UCF. During the past five years, Haley has worked with hundreds of students all across the country and has taught classes of all kinds, including but not limited to: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Creative Drama, Story Telling, and Set Design.

This past summer, Haley took on her biggest education role yet as an Education Apprentice at Theatre Aspen. She was hand selected by none other than Lincoln Center's very own Jed Bernstein out of thousands of applicants to work alongside his education team as a Lead Teaching Artist. During her time in Colorado, Haley taught classes to over 500 K-12 students and also choreographed their 3rd-5th grade production of Shrek Jr. at the Hurst Theatre.
